Trustee Programme – Monthly

This programme will cover:

• Organisational Culture
• Leadership Presence
• Leadership Impact on your Organisation
• Leading an Organisation Vision, Purpose and Action
• Board Dynamics – Working in Sync
• Leading in Change and Uncertainty

Start Date: 14th September 2021
Duration: Workshops run monthly, 4:00pm-7:00pm
Eligibility Criteria: Trustee or CEO of a VCSE Organisation in Leicestershire
Price: Free at present!
Format: Face-to-Face
Our workshops run on a monthly basis; at present we have 6 workshops available. This is a great opportunity to meet other Trustees and expand your network whilst reflecting on your own leadership style and impact as a team and individual. Board members are key to aligning vision and purpose, and demonstrating authentic leadership to create a positive organisational culture. Great leadership not only motivates the people within the organisation, but also impacts those that use the organisations services. To achieve growth and a more sustainable organisation we need to reflect, re-evaluate and realign with our vision, our people, and our goals to achieve the results we need. This is a great opportunity for development, reflection or re-discovery based on where you are on your leadership journey. To attend any of these workshops, you must register for a space via Eventbrite – dates, times, and links to book can be found below.
Please note: The first run of workshops (dated below) are FREE to attend. From the second run onward, there may be a charge. So make the most of the brilliant offer whilst it’s still free!
