Our workshops run on a monthly basis; at present we have 6 workshops available. This is a great opportunity to meet other Trustees and expand your network whilst reflecting on your own leadership style and impact as a team and individual. Board members are key to aligning vision and purpose, and demonstrating authentic leadership to create a positive organisational culture. Great leadership not only motivates the people within the organisation, but also impacts those that use the organisations services. To achieve growth and a more sustainable organisation we need to reflect, re-evaluate and realign with our vision, our people, and our goals to achieve the results we need. This is a great opportunity for development, reflection or re-discovery based on where you are on your leadership journey.
